Frank Harlan James MacManus (born December 6, 2006) is an American singer-songwriter.

MacManus was born in New York City to musicians Elvis Costello and Diana Krall. His father is of English, Irish and Scottish descent and His mother is of Czech, English, German and Scottish descent. He has a twin brother Dexter MacManus.
